辯證唯物主義（Dialectical Materialism)的原理告訴我們：

事物都是變化的。
運動是事物的絕對本性，
而靜止是它的相對本性；
事物的發展，總是在不斷的自我否定中得到完善，
其中穩定是事物表象世界的恆常形態，
而變化則是事物內在本質的永恆法則；

穩定是相對的、表面的，是變的一種緩慢形式，
不過它的穩定也是運動發展中的相對穩定，變化才是本質的實現。

當它經歷了一定的「穩定期」，
內在的活躍因素經過不斷擴充、豐滿達到「飽和」狀態後，

那麼一種新的因素必然在母體中產生。

不要害怕改變
因為我們只往好的方向前進。
